At HiBook, we strive to provide a seamless experience for our users. Refunds and cancellations are handled in accordance with the type of booking or service purchased. Please read the following guidelines carefully before making a reservation.

Cancellations by Users

  • Standard Bookings: Users may cancel their booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled date without incurring any fees.
  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled booking may incur a partial fee or be non-refundable, depending on the service provider's terms.
  • How to Cancel: Users can cancel via the HiBook app or website under their booking details.

Refunds

  • Eligibility: Refunds are granted only for eligible cancellations as per the policy above.
  • Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
  • Non-Refundable Fees: Certain services or promotions may be non-refundable. These will be clearly indicated at the time of booking.

Cancellations by HiBook or Service Providers

If a booking is canceled by HiBook or the service provider for unforeseen circumstances (e.g., service unavailability), users are entitled to a full refund or the option to reschedule.

Special Cases

  • No-Show: Failure to attend a scheduled service without prior cancellation may result in no refund.
  • Promotions & Discounts: Refunds on discounted bookings may be partial or subject to conditions.
